What we watch for on Venice pools
Venice is one of the oldest communities in the country by age, and a lot of our customers here are away for the summer. We built the service around that.
Well water staining
South Venice and Venice Gardens pools often top off from a well. Iron in that water stains plaster fast. We watch metal levels weekly and add sequestrant before it becomes a permanent brown ring.
Pools that sit empty all summer
Half our Venice route is snowbirds. A weekly plan while you are north is cheaper than a $350 green-to-clean and a new set of filter cartridges in November. We text a photo every visit so you can see it from anywhere.
