Salt vs. fresh canals
South Cape and river-front pools sit on saltwater; much of the north Cape is on freshwater canals. Salt-side pools burn chlorine faster and eat equipment. We adjust dosing by neighborhood, not by a one-size chart.
Irrigation-well top-offs
Nearly every Cape home has an irrigation well. Top off from it and you add iron every time. We test metals weekly and keep sequestrant in the water so plaster does not stain.
Post-storm equipment
