Brackish canal air
PGI, Burnt Store Isles, and the Port Charlotte canals sit on saltwater. Chlorine burns off faster, salt cells scale, and pump motors corrode. We check cells and pads weekly and flag corrosion before it becomes a failure.
Cages that came down in Ian
Thousands of Charlotte County pools lost their screen enclosures and many are still open to the sky. An uncaged pool needs the full-service plan; chem stop alone will not keep up with the debris.
